It’s a new year and, chances are, you’re recovering from a night of staying up too late, eating too much and, for some, drinking too much. I sure hate that for you, because you still have to get up and get started on your New Year’s resolutions. I’m going to make sure of that by showing up at your door for an impromptu bootcamp class.
Yeah. Good one.
Whether you get started on your goals today or tomorrow, here’s something for you to ponder: How do you want to get started on your shiny new year?
I’ll be talking about New Year’s resolutions over the next week, starting with a couple of ideas for my beginner and more advanced exercisers:
First is a for beginners, an action-oriented plan for what to do on , and of your exercise program. This is a great place to start if you want something straightforward without a lot of fluff to get in the way.
For my advanced exercisers, I also have a treat (depending on your definition of ‘treat’). I’ve created a brand new specifically for people who want to challenge themselves. It comes to you via a weekly newsletter detailing cardio, strength, circuit, boot camp, yoga and flexibility workouts that will take you well out of your comfort zone.
Enjoy and Happy New Year!
