Here is the first installment of our Turbo Fire Reviews, the 5 Day Inferno Plan. In the days and weeks ahead, Extremely-Fit will be submit a review on every aspect of the Turbo Fire Workout program. For today’s review, I’m going to share with you some of the ins and outs of this mini-program. This particular plan was designed for people who want to either get a jump start on the Turbo Fire Workout program and/or get ready for a big event. Basically, this is designed and described as a weekday plan, Monday-Friday. The 5 Day Inferno Plan is a fast-track weight loss program to help your body and metabolism shift into high gear. Now, naturally, you can start this program any day of the week that works for you as long as you do a couple of things:
If you do these things, you could lose up to 10 pounds and 10 inches in those 5 days.
Another important note: do not exceed the 5 day limit. You may want to do it longer, but from a health standpoint, it’s not a good idea.
A few tips that will help prepare you for your 5 days:
Classes:
Fire 55 EZ Class and Stretch 10 Class
Meals:
Breakfast – Turkey Bacon Breakfast Sandwich
Snack 1 – half of a medium sized banana, 7 walnut halves
Lunch – Tuna Salad
Snack 2 – One serving of Shakeology, 8 oz. water, 1/2 tbsp. almond butter, mix in blender with ice.
Dinner – Honey Dijon Chicken with Steamed Garlic-Parmesan Broccoli
The nutrient count for Day 1:
Calories: 1183
Total fat: 41g
Protein: 107g
Carbs: 101g
Fiber: 16.5g
There it is, in a nutshell, and wraps up the first of many Turbo Fire Reviews. It’s simple to read, maybe not so easy to follow.
But, the point is you will get noticeable results in 5 days. Everyone is different, some will lose more than others, not just in weight but inches, too. There are also some modifications for different things as well.
