Welcome to the week before Christmas. Are you scrambling to get your holiday cards in the mail? What about your shopping, have you finished that yet? If you’re feeling a little crazed right now, this is the absolute worst time to abandon your workouts. How else can you get any quiet time to yourself? Still, stress can do a number on your mind and body, so today I’m giving you some options. If you feel like pounding something (and you would rather it not be your boss or your mother-in-law or that guy who took the last Guitar Hero at the mall), try one of the Ramp it Up workouts.
