We’re feeling the chill in my neck of the woods this Valentine’s weekend! What better way to take the edge off the chill than a trip to Starbucks?

A soy latte and a slice of my favorite treat, banana bread, is going to set me back about 600 calories. My teeth chattering when I step back outside just isn’t going to burn quite that many calories!

So, I will swap a tall chai soy latte and slice of banana nut loaf for a venti fat-free cappucino and a reduced-fat chocolate muffin to save just over 300 calories!
